WhatsApp AI Ordering Agent for Restaurants

A fully automated WhatsApp AI agent built with n8n, designed first for restaurants, fast-food outlets and pizza points and adaptable to any business, including e-commerce. The agent calculates order totals, handles customer conversations in multiple languages, manages orders and updates without human involvement, and works with both text and voice messages. All data lives in Google Sheets across three sheets: a Menu sheet the agent uses to check prices and item availability and to validate selections, an Orders sheet where every order is stored with a live status, and a Blocklist sheet. Adding a number to the blocklist makes the AI stop replying so a human team member can take over.
