Role-Based WhatsApp AI Agent for Aba-Express Logistics

Aba-Express, a logistics and freight company, already had a Laravel dashboard and APIs, but its Oman team and field staff needed something faster than logging into a web panel for everyday tasks like creating shipments, updating delivery status or assigning riders. I built a role-based WhatsApp AI agent that identifies who is messaging (Admin, Oman Sub-Admin, Collection Boy, Rider or Customer) and only offers that role's permitted actions. Staff can photograph a parcel label and the agent reads the name, phone, address, weight and COD using OCR and AI, confirms every extracted detail with the user, then books the shipment through the existing Laravel REST APIs. It also updates tracking, assigns riders and sends PDF shipping slips, invoices and receipts back on WhatsApp. The result: the Oman team and field staff now handle booking, tracking, delivery and invoicing from WhatsApp on a phone, with no dashboard login required.
