Shopify + WhatsApp AI Sales Agent for Konkordea Heavy Machinery

Konkordea sells mining and construction equipment through a Shopify store. I built a complete AI-powered WhatsApp and Shopify automation that takes a customer from their first message all the way to a qualified sales conversation. Customers message through the WhatsApp icon on the store and the AI answers from the store's products and information. When they ask about a specific machine, it identifies the product and sends its image and details in WhatsApp. Serious buyers are guided to book an appointment, which is added to Google Calendar, while their details, conversation and machinery interest are saved to Google Sheets. If a customer asks for a person, or asks something the AI should not handle, the sales team gets an email with the lead's name, phone number, product interest and conversation details, and the AI stops replying so a human can take over. The flow: Shopify → WhatsApp → AI conversation → product recommendation → lead qualification → appointment booking → Google Calendar → Google Sheets → human sales handoff.
