Voice AI Receptionist for Appointment Scheduling (Vapi + Next.js)

A voice AI receptionist that handles appointments automatically through natural phone conversations, built with Vapi and Next.js. The assistant is configured with multiple tools that cover the complete appointment lifecycle. During a call it checks availability, books appointments, updates or cancels existing bookings, collects the caller's name and contact details, confirms the preferred date and time, and ends the call once the task is done. Every change syncs with Google Calendar in real time. A voice call widget is also built into the website so visitors can talk to the receptionist directly. Useful for medical and dental clinics, salons and spas, real estate agencies, consultants and coaches, home service businesses and any business that takes appointment bookings.
